怎样进行数控机床进给系统传动齿轮的间隙调整?
数控机床进给系统中的减速齿轮,除了本身要求很高的运动精度和工作平稳性外,还需尽可能消除传动齿轮副间的传动间隙,否则,齿侧间隙会造成进给系统每次反向运动滞后于指令信号,丢失指令信号并产生反向死区,从而影响加工精度。消除进给系统齿轮间隙的调整方法见表4 - 10。
