PG(编码器)脉冲数如何选择?
PG脉冲数的选择方法根据选购卡的种类而异,应根据种类进行选择。
(1)当为3G3FV-PPGA2/3G3FV-PPGB2时,PG输出脉冲检测的最大值为32. 767Hz。选择在最高频率输出时的电动机转速下,输出值在20kHz左右的PG。

最高频率输出时的电动机转速与PG输出频率(脉冲数)的选择示例见下表。当为3G3FV-PPGA2/3G3FV-PPGB2时接线示例如下图所示。
(2)当为3G3FV-PPGD2/3G3FV-PPGX2时,PG用的电源有12V和5V两种。在使用前应事先确认PG的电源规格后再进行连接。PG输出脉冲检测的最大值为300kHz。PG的输出频率(fPG)可由下式求出

PG电源容量在200mA以上时,应准备其他电源。需要进行瞬时停电处理时,要准备备用的电容,3G3FV-PPGX2的连接示例如图5-26所示。
