WMZ12A型PTC温度传感器

1.运用范畴:

   WMZ12A型PTC温度传感器关键用以[变电器(电源适配器)/原线圈/充电头/数字万用表/智能电度表/微型马达/晶体三极管]等的过电流超温维护,立即串连在负荷线路中,在路线发现异常情况时,可以全自动限定过电流量或阻隔电流量,当常见故障消除后又恢复正常态,别名“千次熔断丝”。

2.特性:

·常见故障消除后全自动修复     ·工作中时没有噪音无火苗
·工作中靠谱、方便使用

3.运用基本原理:
   将WMZ12A型PTC温度传感器串连在开关电源电路中,当电源电路处在一切正常模式时,穿过PTC的工作电流低于额定电压,PTC处在常态化,电阻值不大,不容易危害电子镇流器(led节能灯、变电器、数字万用表)等被维护控制电路的常规工作中。当电源电路电流量大大的超出额定电压时,PTC骤然发烫,电阻值剧增至高阻态,进而限定或阻隔电流量,维护电源电路免受毁坏。电流量电流量回应一切正常后,PTC亦自动回复至低阻态,电源电路恢复过来工作中。
  WMZ12A型PTC温度传感器在电子镇流器(led节能灯、变电器、数字万用表)等过电流保护主要用途,南京市华巨凭着其科学研究和技术等领域的优点,首先发布了以高抗压(V≥300V AC )为特点的WMZ12型商品。

应用PTC做为过电流保护元器件,一般应选择较大不姿势电流量、较大工作标准电压适合的规格型号,与此同时也应考虑到元器件的尺寸、额定值零输出功率电阻器、应用温度范围等要素。一般取电源电路正常的运行时的最高运行电流量的1.2~1.5倍为PTC较大不姿势电流量;路线在常规或异常情况下很有可能增加到PTC上的工作电压应不超其较大工作标准电压。
